茨城県北、常陸大宮市、常陸太田市、大子町で、市民町民に映画作りを学んでいただき、市民とプロのキャストで映画を制作しています。映画の素晴らしさを見るだけではなく参加して作ることからも体験いただき、地域の魅力を自身でPRしていく企画です。完成した映画はジャパンワールド映画祭で特別上映を行っています。
Each Year Filmmaking workshop is taken place in Ibaraki to share the joy and excitement of filmmaking for the Hitachiomiya City Citizen. After the workshop, the chosen script by the workshop participant will be produced as a short film and screened at the Japan World Film Festival under an non-competition category.
